A yoga breathing meditation
(pranayama) practice for all students that helps
to relax, revitalize and heal your mind, body,
and soul. The breath of life is what stimulates
the nervous system, while promoting healthy blood
circulation. This breathing meditative practice
is the "yoga of awareness", giving you
clarity, vitality and a healthy lifestyle through
the self-discovery of your infinite creative potential.

| Intro to Yoga |
Have a healthy lifestyle
change through yoga. This introduction to yoga
will give you an understanding of the basic yoga
poses (asanas) and teach you the benefits of having
yoga in your life. You will learn how a mindful
yoga practice can give you more energy, reduce
stress and help you develop self awareness. |

| Beginners Yoga |
| A yoga practice for beginning
and intermediate students that emphasis on
yogic breathing and alignment. Stimulating the organs,
glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood
to 100 percent of the body, helping to restore all
systems to a healthy working order. Designed to
deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening
of every system in the body in order to prevent
illness, injury and limit the effects of aging. |

| Athletes Yoga |
| A yoga practice for athletic
and advanced students that emphasis on stillness
and fluidity. This yoga practice helps improve strength,
flexibility, balance, and stamina while stretching
and limbering up muscles and prepares them for any
sporting activity. It is most valuable to lengthen
over-used, over-developed, and shortened muscles
to minimize injuries and correct body imbalances.
In addition, decreasing the lactic acid build-up
in the body, allowing the body to feel less and
less sore; which in result the recovery time between
sporting activity is shorter. |
