of delivery. This introduction to prenatal yoga
will give you an understanding of the basic yoga
poses (asanas) and teach you the benefits of having
yoga during your pre- and post- natal experience.
You will learn how a mindful yoga practice can
give you the art of relaxation, eliminating fear,
anxiety during delivery of your new born. Doctor's
approval recommended. |

for the pregnancy experience. The mother will
achieve a safer pregnancy and delivery with a
faster post-natal recovery. This prenatal yoga

fear, anxiety, irritability, and endocrine system
imbalance ensuring that the mother-to-be will
enjoy tranquility, happiness and pleasure during

order. Designed to deliver total health through
the balancing and strengthening of every system
in the body in order to prevent illness, injury
and limit the effects of aging. |

| A yoga practice
for athletic and advanced
students that emphasis on stillness and fluidity.
This yoga practice helps improve strength, flexibility,
balance, and stamina while stretching and limbering
up muscles and prepares them for any sporting activity.
It is most valuable to lengthen over-used, over-developed,
and shortened muscles to minimize injuries and correct
body imbalances. In addition, decreasing the lactic
acid build-up in the body, allowing the body to
feel less and less sore; which in result the recovery
time between sporting activity is shorter. |
